Metrology
Metrology is an essential component of our precision machining operations. To guarantee the conformity and reliability of every part produced, we have two fully equipped, climate-controlled metrology laboratories, ensuring the thermal and humidity stability necessary for high-precision measurements.
Our equipment includes: five coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), measuring columns, profile projectors, roughness testers, profilometers, round testers, contour gauges, a non-contact optical measuring machine, an endoscope, and a wide range of calibrated instruments. This equipment allows us to guarantee the required tolerances, complex geometries, and surface finishes.
All production stages are secured by frequency control, from dimensional validation to complete part traceability.
Certifications
Since 2001, our company has been committed to a quality approach recognized by ISO 9001 certification. In 2015, we took another step forward by obtaining EN 9100 certification, specific to the aerospace and defense sectors.
